On our second anniversary, Ryan & I went to stay a week in a resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. While we were there, a blizzard came through and we were snowed in! It was awesome. So gorgeous there in the mountains. All we did the whole time is watch Food Network by the fire , have a glass of wine and cook! This is where our love for cooking really began. There was a grocery store not far from our room, so we’d figure out a new recipe to try, go get the ingredients and cook away. This was one of our favorite vacations by far. So relaxing! Not too bad of a deal to be snowed in, while at a beautiful resort with the one you love. Ryan actually has become more of the cook in our home lately – which of course, I certainly don’t mind. He’s awesome at it – especially foods on the grill. We love to share recipes we find & think are amazing on this blog so that you can enjoy them as well.
